Sharon is an accredited CBT Psychotherapist (BABCP) with intensive DBT training through British Isles DBT. She integrates CBT, DBT, CFT, Schema and mindfulness approaches to offer therapy that is both evidence-based and deeply personalised.
Sharon has many years’ experience delivering DBT within inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as in private practice. She works with individuals facing complex trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, neurodiversity, suicidal behaviours, self-harm, anxiety and depression. Having witnessed the life-changing impact DBT can have for people struggling with intense emotions, distress and relationship difficulties, Sharon has developed a strong passion for helping clients build skills that truly make a difference.
Alongside her therapy work, Sharon is a trained ADOS Assessor and currently works within an autism pathway service, supporting diagnostic assessments and providing therapeutic input for individuals with ADHD and Autism (ASC). Her approach is warm, collaborative and practical — focused on empowering clients to create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful and worth living.

Liz is an accredited CBT Psychotherapist (BABCP) with specialist training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her work is firmly grounded in a DBT framework, while drawing on training in additional therapeutic approaches, including Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, to provide therapy that is both evidence-based and individually tailored.
She has extensive experience delivering DBT across inpatient and outpatient services, as well as in private practice. Liz works closely with individuals with Autism (ASC) and ADHD and supports clients with complex and high-risk presentations, including trauma, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, self-harm and suicidal behaviours. She also works with individuals experiencing difficulties such as anxiety disorders, depression and Bipolar, using a structured, skills-based approach to help clients manage distress, regulate emotions and improve quality of life. Liz is particularly committed to supporting individuals who experience intense emotions, helping them develop practical DBT skills that promote stability, resilience and meaningful change.
Alongside her therapeutic work, Liz is actively involved in autism diagnostic services, completing ADOS assessments alongside Sharon and other members of the multidisciplinary team. She places strong value on the therapeutic relationship, believing that feeling safe, understood and supported is central to effective DBT work. Her approach is supportive, structured and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients develop practical skills, strengthen emotional resilience and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
