What is DBT?

DBT is a form of therapy designed to help individuals regulate their emotions, cope with distress, and build healthier relationships. It combines individual therapy, group skills training, and phone coaching to teach practical skills for managing life’s challenges.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We offer a 26-week programme with:

  • Weekly 2.5-Hour Group Sessions: Facilitated by certified DBT clinicians in a supportive, interactive environment with sessions designed to fit around evenings and weekends.

  • Comprehensive DBT Skills: Focus on four key modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

  • Pre-treatment and Assessment Session: Initial assessment and pre-treatment session to ensure the group is the right fit for the participant.

  • One-to-One Support: Optional weekly individual sessions with our DBT therapists for personalised support.

  • Phone Coaching: Access a DBT therapist for support during moments of crisis.

  • Flexible, Online Format: Attend from home using a secure, user-friendly platform.

  • Attend in person: Face to face sessions are also available if preferred.

  • Self-Referrals Welcome: Individuals can self-refer or be referred by their healthcare provider.

  • After-Care Group: Meet monthly to stay connected and continue building skills alongside others who’ve completed the programme

  • Pricing varies by DBT package: Get in touch and we’ll talk through the best fit for you.

  • 'Thank you for your belief in me. Please know how much you have touched my life and made me want to live again and enjoy life, instead of tolerating it'

  • " Thank you once again for all your help and support over the past year. As always, I am indescribably grateful to you both as well as feeling extremely fortunate to be able to speak with you and learn techniques that help me every single day, so much so that I’m hoping to set up some sessions of my own whereby I can help others who are struggling with mental health. In fact, the thought of being able to help just one person is one of my main goals for 2026."
