Who We Are
DBT Together was founded by Elizabeth Gough and Sharon Houghton, both BABCP-accredited CBT therapists who have trained extensively across a range of therapeutic approaches. Over time, we developed a shared passion for Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), inspired by the profound, lasting changes we’ve witnessed in the people we support.
We have been delivering comprehensive DBT programmes together for several years, both online and face-to-face, and continue to be inspired by the courage and progress of our clients. Alongside our joint work, we each run our own private practices and bring experience from a range of mental health organisations. We now specialise in DBT, while also drawing on the breadth of our training to provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each individual.
About DBT Together
DBT Together (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) is an evidence-based group programme designed to support people who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, self-destructive behaviours and relationship difficulties.
In our weekly DBT Skills groups, you will learn practical tools to manage emotions, reduce harmful behaviours, and improve how you relate to others. Helping you to create a more stable and meaningful life.
